Handmade in Ealing

Lucy launched her artisan chocolate and confectionery business in Oct 2016 after nursing a passion for making chocolate going back 16 years. All her chocolate products are made in small batches and always by hand, using premium Belgium couverture chocolate which she tempers in her kitchen at home. At the heart of Handmade in Ealing is the use of natural flavours, fruits and nuts to produce a modern take on chocolate and confectionery.  Elegant bars featuring cocoa bean designs made from single origin chocolate from Java or Venezuela sit alongside thick 72% dark chocolate bars coated in crystallised rose petals, or slightly salted and roasted almonds or pistachios, bought in the widely varied world food stores found in Ealing. Molded chocolates include new flavours such as fennel and raspberry and strawberry salted caramel.
